Brief:
To create a number of engaging internal communication pieces that were strong enough to cut through and captivate the staff of Ericsson, while also ensuring the correct message was delivered.
Result:
In a collaborative creative process, Red Crayon developed a range of successful internal communication pieces that addressed everything from internal staff events to communicating company values. Large staff events were promoted through well designed Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) pieces, which took the staff member through to a fun micro website promoting the event and collecting RSVP details. Taking the level of engagement even further, company values were illustrated through the creation of 'characters' for each of the values. These characters were further developed and shown across a range of mediums, even including the creation of an animated 'gif' for each value/character.
